Math and iPads? Yes!

Can you really use an iPad in the math classroom? Recently, at Midway Middle School, John Choins and his Baylor Intern, Amy Story, used a lesson that Ms Story created using QR codes. This lesson had the students moving around the classroom solving problems. Once the problem was solved, the students scanned a QR code to get immediate feedback. Each problem had a video explaining how to get the answer in case the students needed help. The teacher reported that the students were engaged, motivated and benefited from the entire lesson.
