Woodway Engineers – Little Bits of Innovation

Thanks to a grant from Midway Education Foundation and Brian Townley, MHS class of ’88, Woodway Science/Enrichment teacher Amy Hanshew was able to purchase 8 different kits of Little Bits Electronic Building Blocks. Learn more about Little Bits http://littlebits.cc/

But students aren’t just playing with the circuits, they are planning, creating and building. They are becoming engineers. Watch our video to see how student are using their iPads, the Little Bits, and recyclable materials to create critters.
