Technology Awakens the Dead

Our LOTE (Language Other Than English) Department just recently did a Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) themed project in honor of famous Spanish, French, and German individuals who are no longer living. The student researched and created reports using iMovie, Pic Collage, and/or 30 Hands apps to create a final presentation of the person they chose. The students then created a tombstone for their individual and a QR code that they attached to send viewers to their final presentation. Take a look at some of the final products below.
